On October 23, 2019, in cooperation with the Regional Information-Library Center named after Ahmad Fergani and Fergana Tax College, a contest “Best readers” was held in order to raise the morale of students and to promote reading among them.
October 24, 2019 at the Regional Information - Library Center named after Ahmad Fergani on the occasion of 1221 anniversary of the birth of the great scientist, astronomer, mathematician, geographer Ahmad Fergani, a picture-book exhibition named “Ahmad Fergani-world scientist” was organized.
On October 21, 2019, in connection with the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the law “On the state language”of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 21, in the abonement sector of the Regional Information Library Center named after Ahmad Fergani, a book exhibition named “state language and self-awareness” was organized. Established exhibition was commented by sector librarian M. Mamadalieva.

On October 11, 2019, a specialist at the Akhmad Ferghani Regional Information and Library Center visited the “Yulduzcha” preschool educational institution No.3 in the high valley of the Ferghana district and told them fairy tale “Maugli” and they were shown a cartoon "Sisters".
Today, the governor of Ferghana region Shukhrat Ganiev met with the editor-in-chief of “World Literature” magazine Ahmadjon Meliboev. They discussed the development of libraries in the region, the promotion of reading, the translation of works of Fergana writers into foreign languages under the auspices of the magazine. Mr. Meliboev congratulated the governor on the victory in yesterday's cotton plantation.
