the evening of questions and answers
The evening of questions and the answers has been devoted to the topic Psychology and us. It was organized by the library together with the Fergana methodical center of psychological support for people "Hermes". The evening gathered professional psychologists and amateurs of this interesting science.

The goal of the meeting, noted the head of the center Mr. Farkhad Mustafaev, is the increase and spread of knowledge of practical psychology, scientifically proved, without mystifications, disclosing of such phenomena as clairvoyance, automatic writing; formation of psychological mechanisms of protection against the environment negative phenomena, negative autohypnosis, fears and phobias, spells, evil eye.
An inhabitant of Altyaryk area Mr. Sayod Ismailov practices yoga and he showed the basic sanaas (poses) of Hatha Yoga, told about their positive influence in health regulation.
The brisk discussion was developed about what is hypnosis, is it good or bad, how it is applied in medicine.
A book exhibition of «Practical psychology» has been arranged in the hall where the meeting was spent. Similar meetings will be spent in the library every Friday at which questions of interpersonal dialogue, self-correction, man is the owner of its fate, education of children, etc. will be discussed.
