On October 23, 2019, in cooperation with the Regional Information-Library Center named after Ahmad Fergani and Fergana Tax College, a contest “Best readers” was held in order to raise the morale of students and to promote reading among them. The event was held at the Tax College, where teachers and students of the College participated.

The event was attended by the director of spiritual and educational affairs of the Tax College. Opened by Z.Khasanov, the book is an inexhaustible treasure, we can not even spend the knowledge we receive from it until the end of life. A person does not have a close companion, friend, adviser from him. Because, it is the grief that makes the mind. Since the book is a source of thought, our people will read it in love and appreciate it as dear and holy as it is. Undoubtedly, reading a book enriches the spiritual world, increases the culture of colloquialism. The rest of our great ancestors said that the preservation of our national wealth should be read in books in order to study them and promote them to the masses.

Tax College ILC leading specialist H.Koshmatova presented the participants with the conditions of the competition and wished them good luck.

12 participants competed in Uzbek literature, world literature and poetry in the contest and according to the final result of the contest X.O'lmasboev 1^st  place, A.Makhmudjonov 2^nd place and M.Karimkulova took 3^rd place.

The winners were awarded with honorary titles and gifts.
