Our mission

Our mission

The mission of the library is preservation and granting to the community documents collection of universal character, as well as maximum complete collection and disclosure of regional scientific literature, which reflects the spiritual heritage, scientific and cultural achievement of the region.

Our library renders assistance in deep changes in Uzbek society development within transformations of Uzbekistan, led under the direction of the President I. A. Karimov.
